Katie is the CEO & Managing Partner of Engine Ventures, where she serves as Board Member for Commonwealth Fusion Systems, Form Energy, Boston Metal, and Sublime Systems.

As an investor and former tech executive, Katie has helped build Boston into a thriving tech hub. She has invested in nearly 100 companies and advised hundreds of early-stage founders. Prior to The Engine, Katie was a MD of Techstars Boston and co-founded Project 11 Ventures. She also previously held management positions at tech companies such as Microsoft. Katie holds an MBA from Yale and a BA in Biology from Oberlin College and she co-founded the Equity Summit, which convenes leading GPs and Asset Managers of diversity across the VC industry.
