Noa Dalzell is the State Policy Director of Food Solutions Action, an organization working to promote research and innovation in the alternative protein sector. She's currently leading efforts in Massachusetts to secure funding for plant-based, cultivated, and fermentation -- three industries that have the ability to substantially reduce emissions from our food sector. Prior to that, she founded and directed a network of 20,0000+ state advocates and lawmakers who are working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions at the state level.
