Shannon Dulaney is an urbanist with a decade-long commitment to advancing sustainable transportation. As Director of Public Affairs for itselectric, she oversees public policy, government relations, and industry partnerships, and secures municipal permits and government funding to support itselectric's growth. Prior to joining itselectric, she led the community partnerships team at Spin, a shared micromobility company, and worked as a federal lobbyist for Honda. Shannon holds an MBA and a Masters of Environmental Management from the Yale School of Management and the Yale School of the Environment, and a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California, San Diego.
