Avra is COO of Elemental Excelerator, a non-profit climate investor and impact organization with over a decade of experience investing in place-based climate technologies. An experienced entrepreneur specializing in scaling, culture-building and strategy, Avra leads Elemental’s efforts to maximize climate impact. Prior to joining Elemental, Avra was COO and GC at JUMP where she led the mobility company from its early inception to its $200MM+ sale to Uber. In addition to her role at Elemental, Avra serves as a director and advisor for impactful organizations and ventures like Made of Air, Story Ventures, and the climate and mental health non-profit Billion Minds Institute.
