Hiroki Koga is the co-founder & CEO of Oishii, the world’s largest indoor vertical strawberry farm. As a vertical farming industry expert with a decade of experience in the field, he serves as the chief executive and a board member for the innovative company that is transforming the way we grow food today. Prior to co-founding Oishii in 2016, Koga worked as a consultant in the Strategy and Operations unit at Deloitte Consulting Japan, where he focused on the pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology before spearheading the firm’s entry into agriculture technology consulting. Koga also worked for multiple venture capital firms to conduct due diligence on vertical farm-related investments. Koga earned his MBA from the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business, and graduated with a B.S. in economics from Keio University. The Tokyo-born exec now resides in New Jersey with his wife and son.
