Co-founder and CEO of Tender Food – a food technology company on a mission to make alternative meats so delicious, nutritious, and affordable that eating animals just won't make sense anymore! Why? Because meat is one of the most destructive and polluting industries on our planet! So at Tender, we're tackling that head on by making the most delicious, healthy, and affordable meat alternatives possible, so that choosing them becomes simply the better option, not a sacrifice.
Previously worked as a program lead at the Wyss Institute to develop and validate functionality of regenerative heart valve bioprosthetics in preclinical studies. Also supported various other efforts to commercialize technologies developed at the Wyss/Parker Lab, ranging from sustainable foods to textiles and medical devices. Received a PhD in Bioengineering, carried out between the University of Zurich and Harvard, and engineering degrees from EPFL and ETH Zurich.
