Caty serves as Creative Director of the non-profit Ideas in Action and is Founder of Rumblespring Inc: an agency for change agents. Creativity invites connection and deeper understanding. Rumblespring uses creativity to springboard the people who are changing the world.

Our process and way of seeing helps distill ideas and package them beautifully with creative content. We produce and amplify ideas to wide audiences by bringing people together for compelling events and curated experiences. The team has launched and amplified innovation initiatives through design and storytelling in leading companies like EY, TJX, REI, Zillow and AETNA. We also work with individual visionaries and non-profit organizations to scale their impact, including coaching and producing over 1000 leading minds for the TEDx stage. With roots in the crafts of architecture, sculpture, and furniture design, we still like to get our hands dirty. The studio arm brings together a design collective of artists and creatives to bring physical products and special projects to life. We collaborate with social innovators, event venues, ideas festivals, and thought leaders wherever sensemaking and aesthetics can deepen connections. The mediums are diverse, but the purpose is singular—to make the world better with design.
